Product Design and Development

Stainless steel shot, also known as stainless steel shot, stainless steel round wire cutting shot, stainless steel shot blasting, stainless steel wire cutting shot, is mainly used for surface shot blasting, sandblasting, shot peening treatment, shot peening forming, polishing, strengthening, matte, correction, paint removal, and corrosion removal of stainless steel parts, aluminum alloy die castings, and copper alloy parts. The production methods of stainless steel balls can be divided into two categories. The currently recognized first type of production method is cast stainless steel balls obtained by melting, atomizing and cooling. The second type of production method is stainless steel balls obtained by cutting and rounding stainless steel wire, cutting stainless steel balls with stainless steel round wire, and stainless steel shot blasting.

Manufacturing and Production

The raw material of steel sand is scrap steel of high carbon steel or alloy steel. A process for directly utilizing scrap steel to prepare steel sand. This includes the following steps: (1) Put the heated and quenched scrap steel into a crusher for crushing to obtain semi-finished steel sand; (1) Screen and classify semi-finished steel sand to obtain finished steel sand. The steel sand production method of the present invention reduces the smelting and shot making processes of scrap steel that must be first cast into steel balls in traditional steel sand production processes, greatly saving production costs. There is also a steel sand production method, which is characterized in comprising the following steps: (1) Put the heated and quenched scrap steel into a crusher for crushing to obtain semi-finished steel sand; (2) Screen and classify semi-finished steel sand to obtain finished steel sand.

Customization and Personalization

Steel wire cutting shot, as the name suggests, is a shot made from steel wire, which can be divided into stainless steel wire cutting shot, ordinary high carbon steel wire cutting shot, and low carbon steel wire cutting shot according to the different types of steel wire used. The cut pellets are either unpassivated (cylindrical) or passivated (circular).

Quality Assurance and Testing

They are respectively applicable to the industrial range of cast steel sand, which is made of high-quality steel scraps. Firstly, they are melted, and then the molten steel is sprayed with high-pressure water to form small balls. The formed pellets are reheated to purify homogeneity, and then subjected to quenching treatment. The quenched shot is dried in the furnace and reheated for tempering to achieve appropriate hardness. The tempered alloy steel shot is sorted into 11 grades that meet SAE standards through a mechanical sieve for use in shot blasting equipment. Products with different particle sizes and hardness are used in different processes, such as surface strengthening.
